it gets 4 cause the glass on the front just is bad for airflow. Corsair sent me a 5000d airflow front panel, (as can be seen in the pictures) and the cooling performance was MUCH better with that. I also removed the top panel cause again, just glass, it looks fine without it because of the dust filter, and gives much better cooling. But it makes no sense to get this over the D airflow. (unless sure you take the extra fans the x comes with into account, but still not worth it. unless you actually are fine with buying a replacment front panel, just get the d airflow, and use the money saved to get extra fans

Nice looking case, lots of room for cable management. I was not crazy about the design of the 2-drive HDD caddy that goes in the lower front but, at least you have an option for a 3.5 drive.

One of the 3x stock RGB fans stopped working after about 1 year. The fan itself still working but, no RGB, check settings in iCUE and tried reseating plugs but, it's toast. Sad for a high-end RGB fan.

This case has a lot of features, which can be a bit annoying at times...the cable cover is an annoyance when putting the thing together just because it's a hassle to work around and remove...the corsair fans included are mediocre in my opinion...and the size of the thing is crazy...I should've gone with a smaller case but this thing was on sale for $94.99 so I had to pull the trigger...I got baited for sure and would have just been happier with something smaller, simpler, and with less rgb...I don't think it's worth it's original $214 price point

Looks very nice! The easily removable front and top glass panels are appreciated. The side panels do require you to unscrew some captive screws and are a slight pain to put back on just because of the sheer weight of the glass. Actually, that's the main downside of this case. It's ******* heavy. But I won't hold that against the case, because that's what you get when you buy a case that's covered in tempered glass. I was contemplating the 5000d instead, with the mesh front panel, but I opted for aesthetics (+ the included fans). If I want to switch to mesh, I can buy that front panel from Corsair for a pretty cheap price later on.

Was pretty good to work in. Since it's my first build, I have no frame of reference for what makes a case good to build in. I will say that the back with the cable management is nice because I can just close it up and forget about it, but I do wish there was just a bit more space, because it's a bit of a challenge to close it with all my cables back there. But my cable management was honestly atrocious, so that's almost definitely my own fault.

Great case! Love the tempered glass and front I/O panel. Air flow could be slightly better but I guess that's why the 4000D exists. Cable sheath works great with high-flow fans to push air over the mobo and overall look is clean. Plenty of room and good cable management as well. Also comes with an iCue Core that helps integrate the RGB

Great case, if your case is running hot try buying the top mesh panel from the 5000d series it will drop your temps b a lot. It came with great cable management making it easy to be built in.

The glass panels make temps drastically worse, I would advise the Corsair airflow series, unless you want RGB, then buy the mesh panels.
